- Renga in Blue -- Jason Dyer attempts to take on every interactive fiction known to history. Yes, every one.
- Indie Tsushin -- Interviews and articles on Japanese indie games.
- Umbrella Terms -- A blog exploring old and new adventure games written by a lovely person.
- Imaginary Engine Review -- A new and interesting magazine exploring games writing.
- After Journey's End -- A game design newsletter discussing how game designers design games written by designers.
- Indiepocalypse -- A monthly zine showcasing micro-indie games.
- Vextro -- Game jams and essays from people I know.
- Far Away Times's Blog -- A blog with thought-provoking essays on retro games and with a great manifesto for making small games.
- Lilycore -- The very fun and interesting blog written by the creator of BOSSGAME.
- Sylvie's Game Thoughts -- Ingenious essays on game design and the emotions it provokes all written by a game designer confident in her aesthetics. They are also all stored in a Google Docs folder for some reason.
- Rough Edge -- An excellent blog exploring ero RPG Maker games and visual novels.
